Thank you so much for the privilege of educating the young people of Community Baptist Christian School. It is always exciting for me to be with the students. When I first started teaching, it was all about my subject matter and sharing my “great knowledge” with my students. However, after the first week of teaching I realized it wasn’t just the subject matter that was important, it was about the great kids I was blessed to know and to be able to train. Even though at times teaching can be a bit challenging, believe it or not, I think being with them helps me to stay “younger.”

Throughout my many years of teaching, it has always been a delight to me to watch as our young people grow spiritually, academically, socially and physically. What a joy it is for me to be able to observe this first hand and to know I am spending time with some of the greatest young people in the world. In addition, think of all the wonderful graduates I have scattered around the world who are serving their Lord every day. I am humbled by that thought.

I am also privileged to work with a wonderful staff. Not only are they gifted in many areas, but think of the additional strength they give to your young people because of their spiritual discernment and their love for God!
